The quote “It’s absurd, they’re taking money that we’ve already worked hard for, many of us for years.” sums the pension issue up for me, and in a way in which I think most people, or certainly most working class people can relate to. Often the pension “debate” is worded, in such a manner that describes pensions as “an ideal scenario payout”, which to me is ludicrous, it’s not even fair in my mind to say pensions are an entitlement, it’s not just an entitlement it’s money that has been worked hard for, and is owed!
